His doctoral thesis was dedicated to the life and piano work of the Colombo-Italian composer Mauricio Nasi Lignarolo (1949-2023).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Currently, in conjunction with his activity as a concert pianist, he is a full-time piano teacher at the Universidad del Atl\u00e1ntico in Barranquilla, Colombia, where he stands out for his academic production as a researcher for the Arte-Acci\u00f3n group, as he is developing a documentary about the life and work of Mauricio Nasi, as well as the recording and publication of his piano works.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pedro has played several concertos for piano and orchestra under the baton of outstanding conductors and has won prizes and mentions in different competitions. His repertoire of chamber music and as a repeat pianist is extensive, as he has been invited to accompany several opera, strings and brass festivals.
